100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable upon making a reservation we will either post or email you a booking confirmation, except for last minute bookings
please ensure that you check your booking confirmation and advise us immediately if any details are incorrect

cancellation policy

Regretfully we must charge for bookings cancelled within 14 days of your proposed arrival. 90% of the quoted price of the duration of your stay will be automatically charged to the card. We endeavor to re-sell the room and any nights’ resold will be refunded back to your card immediately.

We urge you to take out appropriate cancellation insurance. all cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
